There are three general principles worth establishing:
•Valuables should not be left in cars parked at the site and cars should be immobilised when left unattended
•Bungalow windows and doors should be secured whenever the bungalow is left unattended
•Valuable items should not be left visible, and preferably removed, when the bungalow is left unoccupied for a long period.
Cornish Coast Holidays Ltd installed and are using CCTV around the business premises in line with the new premises licencing terms.
The site is not “wheelchair friendly” and those with mobility difficulties need to take special care when moving around the site. Access to the shop, bar, food and swimming pool has been made more suitable for persons in wheelchairs by the installation of ramps.
The North Cornish coast can be dangerous and many people visiting the area for the first time are unprepared for the strength of the tides in the area. All bungalow users should be aware of the following:
•Find out the current state of the tide before visiting any beach
•Read and follow all instructions given at the entrance to the beaches
•Do not take any inflatables into the sea
•Do not climb any cliffs.
